One Dead, Four Critically Injured in Calabasas Crash

A woman was killed, four people were critically injured and two people suffered minor injuries Saturday in a three-vehicle crash in Calabasas.

The crash occurred at 5:47 p.m. at Las Virgenes and Lost Hills roads, said Deputy M. McClendon of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene, McClendon said.

Four people were hospitalized in critical condition, according to Los Angeles County Fire Department Capt. Sheila Kelliher. Two people suffered minor injuries in the crash.

The cause of the crash remained under investigation, McClendon said.
