Man hospitalized with serious injuries after being hit by car in northwest Fresno

January 19th, 2022

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The California Highway Patrol is investigating after a man was hit by a car Wednesday morning.

The crash happened just after 6 am.

Officers say a man was crossing the road near the Fig Garden Village Shopping Center. but was not using the crosswalk.

Officers say the victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

Investigators are working to determine what led up to the crash.
