Nicole Glassman

Nicole Glassman is a trial attorney at Drake Law.  Her practice focuses on personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, Uber/Lyft accidents, catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, premises liability, and wrongful death. 

Prior to joining the firm, Nicole worked for a Fortune 50 insurance company where she gained invaluable litigation and trial experience.  She leverages this prior experience to out-think, out-maneuver, and outwork her opponents. 

Not only is she a great attorney, but Nicole also has an uncanny ability to relate to people and make them feel comfortable and comforted.  She is devoted to obtaining justice for her clients and believes wholeheartedly in a people-first approach.  Where insurance companies put profits before people, Nicole works hard to shift that paradigm.  She helps clients navigate exceptionally challenging times with empathy and grace.      

Nicole believes that everyone should have equal access to justice and takes great pride in speaking up for those without a voice.  Her advocacy for the community extends beyond the courtroom.  She volunteers for non-profit animal rescues, helping to rehabilitate shelter dogs.  Nicole believes in a humane path forward and that every pet should have the chance to know love and companionship.
